  • Evaluate potential development projects and provide technical recommendations.
  • Monitor reservoir performance and recommend operational adjustments.
Qualifications:
  • Master's or Ph.D. degree in Petroleum Engineering, Reservoir Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in reservoir engineering, preferably within the upstream oil and gas industry.
  • Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Eclipse, Petrel RE, CMG).
  • Strong understanding of reservoir characterization, fluid flow, and EOR methods.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote setting.
  • Knowledge of East African geological contexts is a plus.
