The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Environmental Science, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications in sanitation or quality assurance are a plus. A minimum of 4 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably with a focus on cleaning, sanitation, or hygiene management, is required. Demonstrable knowledge of HACCP, GMP, or similar quality management systems is essential. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and report-writing skills are necessary. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively guide and train remote teams, are crucial.
