- Proven experience in quality assurance, specifically within the cleaning, sanitation, or facilities management sector.
- In-depth knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and advanced sanitation techniques.
- Familiarity with local and international health, safety, and hygiene regulations (e.g., HACCP, OSHA).
- Excellent observational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using digital platforms for reporting, data analysis, and remote communication (e.g., G Suite, Microsoft Office, specialized QA software).
- Effective virtual training and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet reporting deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
