This role is pivotal in identifying, evaluating, and securing suitable properties for acquisition based on the company's investment criteria. You will be responsible for sourcing off-market deals, conducting preliminary property due diligence, negotiating purchase agreements, and managing the initial stages of the transaction process, all from a remote location.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of the real estate market, negotiation strategies, and the acquisition process. Experience with CRM software, property valuation tools, and virtual communication platforms is essential.
