Qualifications:
- Master's or Ph.D. in Geology, Economic Geology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in mineral exploration and mining geology.
- Expertise in geological modeling software (e.g., Leapfrog, Vulcan, Datamine).
- Proven experience in resource estimation and geological reporting according to JORC, NI 43-101, or similar standards.
- Strong understanding of various deposit types and geological settings.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership abilities, with experience managing remote teams.
- Ability to travel occasionally to mine sites or for conferences, as required.
- Demonstrated experience in exploration targeting and project generation.
- This is a fully remote role, requiring a high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
