- Demonstrated expertise in structural geology, economic geology, and exploration geochemistry.
- Proven track record of discovering or significantly contributing to the discovery of economically viable mineral deposits.
- Advanced proficiency in geological modeling software (e.g., Leapfrog, ioGAS, Vulcan, ArcGIS).
- Strong understanding of geophysical methods (e.g., magnetic, gravity, IP, EM) and their application in exploration.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
