Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Systems, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in energy systems analysis, modeling, forecasting, or strategic planning within the energy sector.
- Proven expertise in power system analysis, market modeling, and simulation tools.
- Deep understanding of renewable energy technologies (solar, wind, hydro), energy storage, and grid modernization.
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in programming languages relevant to data analysis and modeling (e.g., Python, R, MATLAB).
- Strong knowledge of energy economics, policy, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management experience.
- Ability to work independently and lead complex projects in a fully remote environment.
