- Manage and coordinate all aspects of inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Oversee daily operations of the logistics department, ensuring adherence to established procedures and performance metrics.
- Negotiate with carriers and logistics providers to secure favorable rates and service agreements.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement and manage warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS).
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Lead and mentor a remote team of logistics professionals.
- Manage budgets and control costs related to logistics operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management.
- Proven experience in managing remote teams and operations.
- Strong knowledge of WMS and TMS software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
