- In-depth knowledge of Kenyan company law, contract law, intellectual property, and data privacy regulations.
- Proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
- Ability to work independently, manage a demanding workload, and meet tight deadlines in a remote environment.
