- Develop and recommend optimal well placement, completion strategies, and production/injection schemes.
- Analyze production data and well performance to identify opportunities for improvement and troubleshoot operational issues.

- Collaborate closely with geoscientists, drilling engineers, production engineers, and economists to ensure a holistic approach to asset development.
- Mentor and guide junior reservoir engineers, fostering technical growth and a culture of excellence.

- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and recommendations for management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in reservoir engineering within the upstream Oil & Gas industry.
- Proven expertise in reservoir characterization, fluid flow analysis, reservoir simulation, and production forecasting.
- Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard reservoir engineering software packages.
- Strong understanding of petrophysics, geology, and well completion technologies.
- Experience with unconventional reservoirs and/or Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) projects is a significant advantage.
