Our client, a prominent investment firm, is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Lead Real Estate Investment Analyst to join their expanding, fully remote team. This pivotal role will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing profitable real estate investment opportunities across various markets. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of real estate finance, market analysis, financial modeling, and deal structuring. You will play a key role in shaping the firm's investment portfolio and mentoring junior analysts in a distributed setting.

- Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for the investment committee.
- Negotiate terms and conditions for acquisitions and dispositions.

- Stay abreast of real estate market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with legal counsel, brokers, and other stakeholders throughout the investment lifecycle.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior investment analysts in a remote capacity.
- Manage relationships with external partners, lenders, and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with all investment policies and procedures.
- Master's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate investment analysis, acquisitions, or asset management.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and executing profitable real estate investments.
- Expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and real estate market analysis.
- Strong understanding of real estate law, property types, and capital markets.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, vital for remote collaboration.
- Proficiency in real estate databases and financial analysis software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- CFA or equivalent designation is a plus.
