Key Responsibilities:

- Master's or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in mechanical design and product development.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing engineering projects and teams, preferably in a remote context.
- Expert proficiency in advanced CAD software and FEA simulation tools.
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of thermodynamics, mechanics of materials, and fluid mechanics.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, crucial for effective remote teamwork.
