- Create detailed service reports, documenting all work performed, parts used, and client feedback accurately.
- Manage on-site inventory of parts and tools, ensuring necessary components are available for service calls.
- Collaborate with the remote engineering and support teams to resolve challenging technical issues and contribute to product improvements.
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies, industry standards, and environmental regulations.

- Act as a primary point of contact for escalated technical issues from the field.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to guide and mentor technical teams.
- Extensive knowledge of various HVAC components, including chillers, boilers, air handling units, and control systems.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment, multimeters, refrigerant gauges, and other specialized tools.
- Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and control systems related to HVAC.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively to client sites as required.
- Possession of relevant certifications (e.g., EPA 608 Universal, NATE) is highly desirable.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
