Job Description
The Lead Customer Success Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with a portfolio of key clients. You will proactively engage with clients to understand their business objectives, identify opportunities for them to leverage our solutions more effectively, and ensure high levels of product adoption and satisfaction. This includes conducting regular check-ins, business reviews, and providing strategic guidance to help clients achieve their goals.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner. This involves collaborating closely with internal teams, such as sales, support, and product development, to advocate for client needs and ensure a seamless customer experience. You will also be responsible for identifying and developing upsell and cross-sell opportunities, contributing directly to revenue growth.
As a lead within our remote customer success team, you will also mentor and guide junior Customer Success Managers, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of excellence. Developing and implementing customer success strategies, playbooks, and training materials will be part of your remit. Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills are crucial for success in this role, especially in a virtual environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role within the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of managing high-value client accounts and driving customer retention and expansion.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing customer success strategies.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and the customer lifecycle.
- Experience in mentoring or leading a team is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and excel in a remote work environment.
