The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects, demonstrating strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Extensive knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, safety regulations, and project management software is essential. You will be adept at utilizing technology for remote project oversight, progress monitoring, and stakeholder reporting.
