Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in chemical process engineering, with a significant portion in leading project teams.
- Proven expertise in process design, optimization, and scale-up within the chemical industry.
- Extensive experience with process simulation software and a strong understanding of chemical reaction kinetics, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics.
- In-depth knowledge of safety protocols (e.g., HAZOP studies) and environmental regulations pertinent to chemical manufacturing.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
