  • Proficiency in process mapping, simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic), and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environment.
  • Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing execution systems (MES) is beneficial.
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
