Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Remote Hygiene and Sanitation Operations Manager to oversee and elevate their sanitation standards across all facilities. This is a critical, fully remote role responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive hygiene protocols. You will lead a distributed team of sanitation supervisors and staff, ensuring consistent application of best practices in cleanliness, waste management, and pest control. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of industrial hygiene standards, regulatory compliance (including local and international health and safety regulations), and experience managing large-scale cleaning operations. Your responsibilities will include creating training programs, conducting virtual audits, developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and managing the procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment. You will be adept at using technology to monitor team performance, manage schedules, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
