- Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service engineering, with a strong emphasis on complex machinery or systems.
- Proven ability to perform remote diagnostics and troubleshooting using advanced diagnostic tools and software.
- Excellent understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
