Key Responsibilities:

- Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN) and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, PSCAD).
- Solid understanding of power electronics, AC/DC converters, motors, generators, and control systems.
- Experience with grid-tied systems, renewable energy integration, or microgrids is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively in a remote team environment.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a distributed workforce.
- Familiarity with project management principles and agile methodologies is beneficial.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
