- Strong understanding of pedagogical principles and their application with technology.
- Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in developing training materials and conducting user workshops.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.
