Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies, including marketing plans, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities, to drive brand awareness and market share.
- Conduct market research and consumer analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Manage the brand's P&L, ensuring profitability and ROI for marketing investments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and supply chain, to ensure brand consistency and successful product launches.
- Oversee creative development and execution of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Manage external agencies (advertising, PR, digital) to achieve brand objectives.
- Monitor brand performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Develop and manage the annual brand marketing budget.
- Identify and explore new distribution channels and market opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Lead consumer insights initiatives to deeply understand target audiences and their needs.
- Ensure all brand communications and activities comply with regulatory standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends and technologies, particularly in the FMCG space.
- Develop compelling brand positioning and messaging strategies.
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing integrated marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of consumer insights, market analysis, and competitive intelligence.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and P&Ls effectively.
- Experience working with creative and media agencies.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Creative thinker with strong strategic and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Adaptable and comfortable with a hybrid work environment.
