Key Responsibilities:
- Perform remote diagnosis of complex automotive issues, primarily focusing on electric vehicle systems including battery management, powertrains, charging systems, and infotainment.
- Analyze vehicle diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs), live data streams, and sensor readings using specialized software and tools.
- Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical service bulletins to troubleshoot issues.
- Provide clear and concise technical guidance to field service technicians and customer support representatives.
- Document diagnostic findings, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the company's case management system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify recurring issues and provide feedback for product improvements.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in EV technology, diagnostic tools, and repair procedures.
- Assist in the development and delivery of remote training modules for technicians.
- Participate in remote team meetings and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician, with a significant focus on diagnosing and repairing electric vehicles.
- Strong understanding of EV battery technology, high-voltage systems, electric motors, and power electronics.
- Proficiency with automotive diagnostic scan tools and software (e.g., OEM-specific software, generic OBD-II scanners).
- Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in a remote or tele-support role is highly advantageous.
- ASE certifications (e.g., L1, L2, L3) are a strong plus.

- Proficiency with OEM-specific diagnostic software and scan tools for major EV manufacturers.
- Strong understanding of vehicle electrical systems, CAN bus communication, and related technologies.
- Experience with thermal management systems and charging equipment for EVs.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and troubleshoot complex issues remotely.
- Certification from recognized automotive bodies (e.g., ASE) is a plus.
