Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician or diagnostic specialist.
  • ASE certifications (Master Technician status highly preferred).
  • Proven expertise in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle makes and models, including complex electrical and powertrain issues.
  • Proficiency with advanced diagnostic scan tools (e.g., Snap-on, Autel, Launch) and oscilloscope usage.
  • Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems, CAN bus communication, and engine management systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for remote interaction.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Experience with remote diagnostic platforms or telematics systems is a strong asset.
  • Ability to interpret technical service bulletins (TSBs) and wiring diagrams.
