- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management within the non-profit or social impact sector.
- Proven track record of successfully designing, implementing, and managing community-based programs.
- Strong understanding of community development principles and best practices.
- Excellent relationship-building, networking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in grant writing and fundraising.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
