- Experience with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS).
- Proficiency in PFD and P&ID development.
- Knowledge of process safety management (PSM) and hazard analysis techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a plant environment, which may include exposure to hazardous materials and noise.
