Responsibilities:

- Ph.D. in Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or a related scientific discipline.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive research experience in an industrial or academic setting, with a proven track record of innovation and publication.
- Deep expertise in one or more areas such as nanotechnology, polymer science, composite materials, ceramics, or metallurgy.
- Proficiency in advanced characterization techniques (e.g., SEM, TEM, XRD, spectroscopy, thermal analysis).
- Strong understanding of computational modeling and simulation tools relevant to material behavior is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities, particularly in a remote setting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of autonomy.
