- Master's or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering, with a significant focus on design and analysis in advanced manufacturing environments.
- Expertise in CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, ABAQUS).
- Deep understanding of material science, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and structural mechanics.
- Proven experience in designing and developing complex machinery, robotics, or automation systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle challenging engineering problems.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote setting.
- Experience with additive manufacturing (3D printing) and other advanced fabrication techniques is a plus.
