- Lead the mechanical design and development of sophisticated mechatronic systems, including robotic arms, actuators, precision mechanisms, and automated production equipment.
- Utilize advanced CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD) for 3D modeling, assembly design, and drafting of complex mechanical components and systems.
- Perform advanced engineering analyses, including Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), to validate designs and optimize performance.

Qualifications:
- Master's or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a closely related field.
- 10+ years of experience in mechanical design engineering, with a strong emphasis on mechatronic systems and robotics.
- Extensive experience with advanced CAD software and simulation tools (FEA, CFD).
- Proven expertise in kinematics, dynamics, mechanism design, material selection, and manufacturing processes (machining, injection molding, 3D printing).

- Experience with power transmission systems, bearings, seals, and structural analysis.
