Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in industrial automation engineering.
  • Expertise in PLC programming (Siemens, Rockwell, etc.) and SCADA/HMI systems.
  • Proven experience with robotics integration and industrial networks.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and systems.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in simulation and modeling tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration.
