You will be responsible for managing exploration budgets, coordinating field operations (where applicable and safe), and ensuring compliance with all relevant environmental and regulatory standards. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in geological modeling software (e.g., Leapfrog, Vulcan, Datamine), and experience with GIS platforms are essential. As a Principal Geologist, you will mentor junior geologists, contribute to technical reporting, and present findings to management and potential investors. Given the fully remote nature of this role, exceptional communication, leadership, and self-management skills are paramount. You must be adept at fostering team cohesion and driving project success across geographical distances.
