Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of complex electrical power systems, including generation, transmission, distribution, and protection.

- Research and recommend new technologies and methodologies to enhance system performance and efficiency.
- Develop and manage project timelines and budgets for electrical engineering aspects.
- Contribute to the development of long-term technical strategies and roadmaps for power systems.
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Systems.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with a significant focus on power systems design and analysis.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable.
- Expertise in power system simulation software (e.g., ETAP, PSS/E, PSCAD).
- In-depth knowledge of power generation, transmission, distribution, protection relays, and grid integration.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes and standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex technical projects and mentor junior engineers in a remote environment.
- Experience with renewable energy integration is a plus.
