- Conduct ethical risk assessments for AI projects and products, identifying potential biases, fairness issues, and privacy concerns.

- Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Philosophy, Law, Public Policy, or a related discipline with a strong focus on AI ethics.
- 10+ years of experience in AI, technology ethics, policy, or related fields, with a significant portion dedicated to AI governance and responsible AI.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and their societal implications.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing ethical frameworks, policies, and governance structures.
- Expertise in identifying and mitigating bias, ensuring fairness, and promoting transparency in AI systems.
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and legal frameworks related to AI and data privacy (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to influence at all levels.
