Responsibilities:

- Develop system requirements, specifications, and interface control documents.
- Oversee the integration and verification of hardware and software components.
- Conduct system-level analysis, simulation, and performance trade-offs.
- Manage the system development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Identify and mitigate system risks and develop robust solutions to technical challenges.
- Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and alignment.
- Prepare and present technical documentation, reviews, and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

- Define and implement innovative approaches to system design and optimization.
- Ensure that all designs meet rigorous safety, reliability, and performance standards.
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in aerospace systems engineering.
- Demonstrated expertise in system design, integration, testing, and validation for aerospace applications.
- In-depth knowledge of aerospace structures, propulsion systems, avionics, and control systems.
- Proficiency with systems engineering tools and methodologies (e.g., DOORS, MATLAB/Simulink).
- Experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information effectively.
- Proven ability to manage remote teams and foster collaboration across distributed locations.
- Experience with space systems development or advanced aircraft design is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
