Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Child Development, or a related field.
- Valid professional license or certification as required by regulatory bodies.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children in a pediatric setting.
- Extensive knowledge of child development milestones and common developmental challenges.
- Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities and intervention strategies.
- Experience with remote or telehealth service delivery is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Strong observational and analytical abilities.
