This vital role focuses on assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapeutic interventions for developmental and behavioral challenges in infants, children, and adolescents. You will work closely with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive support plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development across all domains (cognitive, social, emotional, motor) and expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities. - Conduct comprehensive developmental and psychological assessments for children aged 0-18.

- Provide psychotherapy and behavioral interventions to children and their families via telehealth platforms.
- Collaborate with parents, guardians, and caregivers to enhance understanding and support for the child's development.
- Consult with pediatricians, educators, and other specialists to ensure coordinated care.
- Facilitate parent training workshops and support groups.
- Stay current with research and best practices in pediatric development and psychology.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
- Contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology, Developmental Psychology, or a related field with a specialization in child development.
- Completion of a supervised internship and post-doctoral fellowship focused on pediatric populations.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Psychologist in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Demonstrated experience in diagnosing and treating developmental and behavioral disorders in children.
- Proficiency in using telehealth platforms for clinical service delivery.
- Strong knowledge of developmental assessment tools and diagnostic criteria.
- Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic approaches (e.g., ABA principles, CBT, parent management training).
- Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively in a remote setting.
- Commitment to ethical practice and cultural competency.
