Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Care Specialist to join their renowned healthcare team. This role offers a hybrid work model, combining remote flexibility with essential on-site patient interaction. As a Pediatric Care Specialist, you will be at the forefront of providing comprehensive care to children, from infants to adolescents, managing a range of health needs and developmental concerns. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough pediatric assessments, diagnosing and treating common childhood illnesses, administering immunizations, and providing health education to children and their families. You will collaborate closely with pediatricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and high-quality patient care. A significant part of your role will involve developing personalized care plans, monitoring patient progress, and responding to acute health issues. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Nursing, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP), or a related advanced practice field, along with a current and active RN license and NP certification. A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in pediatric healthcare is required, with a proven ability to manage complex cases and provide exceptional patient-centered care. Strong diagnostic skills, excellent clinical judgment, and proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems are essential. You must possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to build trusting relationships with young patients and their families, as well as effectively communicate with colleagues. This position demands a high level of empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to child health and well-being. The ability to balance remote administrative tasks with direct patient care in a hybrid setting is crucial. You will contribute to health promotion initiatives, preventative care strategies, and the overall improvement of pediatric health services within the community.
