Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing methodologies and their successful implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems.
