Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with budget management, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
- Ensure efficient operation of office equipment and systems.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage workload effectively in a remote environment.

- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Experience with virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
