Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Process Improvement Lead to drive operational excellence. This is a fully remote (`is_remote`: Yes) position, empowering you to optimize production processes from your preferred location. You will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies, implementing lean manufacturing principles, and leading continuous improvement initiatives across our production facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, a passion for problem-solving, and a proven ability to implement data-driven solutions that enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This role requires strong analytical and leadership skills.

- Design and implement improved workflows and operational procedures.
- Train and mentor production staff on process improvement tools and techniques.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production and process efficiency.
- Collaborate with production managers, engineers, and quality assurance teams to achieve operational goals.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing organization.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for optimized processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Stay informed about new manufacturing technologies and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in manufacturing operations with a focus on process improvement.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements that yield measurable results.
- Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Kanban).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a remote team.
