Responsibilities:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in telecommunications network design, architecture, and implementation.
- Deep understanding of core networking principles, protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF), and technologies (MPLS, SDN/NFV, DWDM).
- Proven experience designing and deploying large-scale mobile networks (4G/5G) and fiber optic infrastructure.
- Familiarity with cloud networking concepts and virtualized network functions (VNFs).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, essential for effective remote teamwork.
- Industry certifications such as CCIE, JNCIE, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Experience with network simulation and modeling tools.
