Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Structural Engineering or a closely related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in structural engineering, with a significant focus on bridge design and analysis.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Proven experience leading design teams and managing complex structural projects.
- Expertise in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, MIDAS Civil, LUSAS Bridge) and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Strong knowledge of seismic design principles and load combinations.
- Familiarity with materials such as steel, concrete, pre-stressed concrete, and composite materials.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote work environment.
