Key Responsibilities:

- Develop conceptual designs, detailed calculations, and construction documentation for structural systems.

- Champion innovation and best practices in structural design and analysis.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and project proposals.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in structural design and analysis.
- Proven experience in leading engineering teams and managing complex projects.
- Expertise in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro).
- In-depth knowledge of building codes (e.g., IBC, Eurocodes) and material design (steel, concrete, timber).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team in a remote setting.
- Experience with BIM software (e.g., Revit Structure) is a plus.

- Master's degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structures.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in structural design and analysis.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex structural engineering projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, Revit Structure).
- In-depth knowledge of seismic design principles and relevant codes (e.g., Eurocode, ASCE).
- Experience with various construction materials, including steel, concrete, and timber.
- Excellent understanding of finite element analysis (FEA) techniques.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead a remote team effectively.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for remote collaboration.
- Eligibility to work remotely and proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
