- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sports performance analysis, with a proven track record in elite sports environments.
- Expertise in statistical analysis software (e.g., R, SPSS, Python) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Proficiency with video analysis software (e.g., Dartfish, Kinovea) and athlete tracking systems (e.g., GPS, Catapult).
- Strong understanding of physiological principles, training methodologies, and injury prevention strategies.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex data to non-technical audiences.
