This senior position is crucial for ensuring the integrity and security of decentralized applications (dApps) and smart contracts across various blockchain protocols. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in smart contract languages, blockchain security principles, and advanced vulnerability analysis techniques. You will lead a team of auditors, conduct in-depth security assessments, and provide actionable recommendations to clients to mitigate risks. - Develop and refine auditing methodologies, tools, and best practices for smart contract security.
- Provide clear, concise, and actionable security reports to clients, detailing findings and recommended remediation steps.
- Mentor and guide junior smart contract auditors, fostering their technical growth and ensuring high-quality audit outcomes.
- Stay at the forefront of blockchain security trends, emerging threats, and new attack vectors.
- Collaborate with clients to explain audit findings and assist in the remediation process.
- Contribute to the development of proprietary security tools and frameworks.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and contribute to thought leadership in blockchain security.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the auditing process itself.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 4 years specifically focused on smart contract auditing and blockchain security.
- Proven expertise in Solidity and experience with smart contract development frameworks (e.g., Hardhat, Truffle).
- Deep understanding of common smart contract vulnerabilities and attack patterns.
- Proficiency with security analysis tools and static/dynamic analysis techniques.
- Experience with multiple blockchain protocols and their unique security considerations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of documenting complex technical findings clearly.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and experience mentoring technical teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple high-priority projects in a remote environment.
