Key Responsibilities:

- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in construction project management, with a strong emphasis on large-scale projects.
- Proven experience in managing projects remotely or leading distributed teams.
- Expertise in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera P6) and collaboration tools.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management and cost control.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust remotely.
- Ability to make critical decisions under pressure and adapt to changing project conditions.
- Demonstrated experience in risk management and quality assurance.
