- Design and develop automated test scripts to improve efficiency and coverage.

- Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to understand requirements and define testing scope.
- Stay current with emerging QA technologies and methodologies.
- Prepare detailed reports on testing progress, defect status, and overall product quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in developing and executing test plans for complex manufacturing processes or products.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter) and defect tracking systems (e.g., Jira).
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical quality control techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate a remote team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES) is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical) or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in quality management systems (QMS), such as ISO 9001.
- Strong knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools.
- Experience with various testing methodologies and defect tracking systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage projects and drive results in a remote work setting.
- Experience with specific manufacturing processes relevant to (Specific Industry) is highly advantageous.
- Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certifications are a strong plus.
