Our client is looking for an experienced and driven Lead Property Acquisition Specialist to spearhead their real estate investment activities in Mombasa, Mombasa, KE . This role is crucial for identifying, evaluating, and securing prime real estate opportunities that align with the company's strategic growth objectives. You will be responsible for managing the entire acquisition process, from initial market research and deal sourcing to negotiation and closing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate acquisitions, a deep understanding of the local property market, and exceptional negotiation skills. You will work closely with legal teams, financial analysts, and property managers to ensure successful transactions and maximize return on investment. This position requires a proactive individual with strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, agents, and other stakeholders. Your expertise will be vital in identifying undervalued assets, conducting thorough due diligence, and structuring competitive offers. We expect you to lead by example, driving efficiency and best practices within the acquisition department.

- Manage the entire acquisition process from identification through to final handover.
- Monitor market trends and identify emerging opportunities for investment.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior acquisition team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in real estate acquisition, preferably within the Kenyan market.
- Demonstrated success in identifying and closing real estate deals.
- Strong understanding of real estate valuation methodologies and financial modeling.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in real estate market analysis and due diligence processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
- Proven ability to build and maintain a strong network of contacts in the real estate industry.
