Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Lead Project Manager to spearhead complex technology initiatives. This is a fully remote position, enabling you to lead diverse teams and projects from anywhere. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership qualities, a deep understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), and a proven ability to deliver large-scale technology projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage stakeholders, mitigate risks, and drive successful outcomes in a distributed work environment.

- Ensure the quality of project deliverables and successful project closure.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned for future projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Oversee the management of multiple concurrent projects.
- Mentor junior project managers and provide guidance on best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a lead or senior role managing technology projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale IT projects.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional Waterfall project management.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycles, and system integration.
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
