Our client, a globally recognized leader in delivering complex projects, is seeking an accomplished Lead Project Manager to join their fully remote, international team. This critical role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of diverse projects, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure. The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership qualities, a strategic vision, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and budgets effectively in a remote-first environment. You will be responsible for defining project scope, setting objectives, developing detailed project plans, and ensuring timely and successful delivery of project outcomes that align with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include: developing comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources; managing project execution, ensuring adherence to plans and mitigating risks; leading and motivating project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture; facilitating communication among all project stakeholders, providing regular status updates; managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial objectives are met; conducting project post-mortems and identifying lessons learned for future projects; ensuring compliance with all relevant company policies and industry standards; identifying and resolving project issues and conflicts promptly. A PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable. Extensive experience in managing large-scale, complex projects is essential, as is proficiency in project management software and tools. This role requires outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead effectively in a virtual setting.
